FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I BOOK?
Download our brochure, fill out the booking form, read and sign our contract and email to us at info@wildtidelove.com We will then send you an invoice for your £300 deposit to secure your date. You will be booked in when the deposit is paid.
HOW MUCH IS IT TO ADD COVERAGE HOURS ONTO A PACKAGE?
We charge £130 per hour added.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We always advise you to prepare for rain and be flexible in our timings for photographs. We usually work around the rain and grab you when the rain stops for photos. We always recommend bringing along some clear transparent umbrellas to keep you dry!
CAN WE HAVE OUR FAVOURITE SONG OUR HIGHLIGHTS FILM?
Unfortunately, due to copyright laws we can only use music that we can purchase the rights to use on our films. This is included in the price of your package.
DO YOU SHOOT WEDDINGS OUTSIDE OF CORNWALL? HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
We shoot weddings all over the UK and abroad. For weddings outside of Cornwall, we charge 50p per mile. If we need to stay over night, we also charge for accommodation. For weddings abroad, we charge for travel expenses and accommodation.
HOW MANY GROUP PHOTOS SHOULD WE INCLUDE?
We like to take a relaxed approach with our documenting, but if you want group shots of your family and friends this takes place after the ceremony. We advise to keep this to no more than half and hour so you can enjoy your reception and recommend a maximum of 10 group shots.
CAN WE BOOK AN ENGAGEMENT SHOOT?
Absolutely! Our engagement shoots are £250. Due to limited availability engagement shoots must be in Cornwall, it can be anywhere or anything that means something to you!
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHER'S/FILMERS COME WITH THE PACKAGES?
If you book a photography only package, this includes one of us as your photographer. If you book a photography and film package, this includes two of us, one photographer and one videographer. If you would like to book a second photographer, you can add this as an extra for £700, just let us know.
WHEN DO WE TALK ABOUT OUR CONSULTATION?
It's great to chat about your day when you have a good idea of your plans so we can chat about the wedding, however, it is completely up to you when you would like to have your consultation. We send over consultation forms, a final invoice and timeline to fill out 2 months before your wedding date, if you would like to chat more about your day, just ask!
CAN WE GET A DISCOUNT? CAN WE SWAP COVERAGE?
Our packages are tried and tested and help us achieve relaxed and natural results for you. There's no discount if you choose not to have everything offered. We sometimes have special offers on when booking multiple packages, keep an eye on our Instagram for those or ask us when booking.
DO YOU BRING BACK UP CAMERA'S WITH YOU?
In the rare event that a technical issue would arise, we always make sure we have back ups with us.
